Mossy Willow is an undulating 28-acre property in Main Ridge, Victoria nestled in the Splitters Creek Valley, in the historical lands of the Bunurung people of the Kulin Nation. The farm is comprised of a mix of beautiful landscaped areas, an organic no-till market garden, orchards, pastures and retreat spaces.
Mossy Willow Farm aims to serve as an example of best practice intensive regenerative farming, while engaging the farming industry and the general public in an open dialogue to develop small scale agriculture for future generations. We also serve as a tranquil space for a range of retreats and events and as a place for experimentation in homesteading and living the good life.
We currently have vacancies for two new team members to join our passionate community. Both roles are self directed and flexitime. We will consider combining these roles into one full time position for the right applicant.

You will ensure the garden is at its fullest potential year round.
This is a position to suit someone with a keen eye for design, style and aesthetics. As well as extensive flower knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and deep pride in your work.
